Advanced Precision Fabricators, Inc., established in 1961, is capable of a full range of custom engineered applications. We specialize in pressure vessels and tray towersautoclaves and quick opening closures and special non standard pressure vessel design. We hold the “U”, “S” and “R” stamps.

Materials used in fabrication include carbon and stainless, Monel, Inconel, Hastalloy, explosion bonded cladding, and various other alloys.

APF uses Stick, MIG, TIG, Flux Core and Sub Arc (single & dual head). All welders are A.S.M.E. Code, Section 9 certified.

Quality Control – APF has a competent quality control department capable of devoting any degree of quality control necessary in meeting our customer codes and our own specifications.

As a fabricator who follows A.S.M.E. codes, we perform under a complete written quality control process from material receiving to shipment of the finished product.

Custom Job Shop – APF maintains a fully equipped custom job shop, capable of building a wide range of products. Whether it’s a single component or a full turnkey fabrication, APF is ready to serve your needs.

Meeting the diverse needs of our customers in the most proficient way possible, is a consistent goal shared by both our shop and administrative personnel.

Machine Shop – Having our own in-house machine shop allows APF to assert a tighter control on the quality of our products. You will be pleased with the craftsmanship, quality and appearance.

Geographically, we are located in the heart of the steel manufacturing industry, with local resources such as: heavy plate rolling (up to 6 inches), all types of precision machine work (most of which is done in our own machine shop), large capacity heat treating (for tempering and normalizing), and all types of non-destructive testing.

We are located only one mile from an international airport and serve as a hub for truck, rail and river barge services.

This geographical advantage provides us with the trouble free ability to meet completion deadlines, as well as minimize production costs.
